Peach topped Dutch Baby is a favorite here, a surprise shape every time. This sweet treat is topped with Peaches, sprinkled with vanilla sugar and toasted almond slices and drizzled with cinnamon Marscapone cream. Served as is with plates of sausage or bacon, loads of different toppings and whipped cream.

Myra and Al have prepped many breakfasts over the years and at last count, over 45 different dishes. Breakfasts can be specific to the person's diet, health needs or nutritional style.
We love to make each breakfast a pleasant experience both gastronomically and esthetically.
Breakfast, in this case just on the tray ready for delivery, includes the customary fresh juice, fresh fruit and honey infused greek yogurt. To be catered to the suite and presented to the guests. We strive for tasty and beautifully staged meals.
This breakfast feast for a family of four was everything they wanted, fresh, tasty and plentiful. Served with fresh fruit juice, coffee and one tea, Fresh homemade cinnamon syrup topped it all off. Happy tummies.

This couple have different nutritional habits and this breakfast fulfills both requests. Served on uniques Rose Butterfly plates and served with fresh orange juice and home made preserves. These guests were very happy with their chosen breakfasts and took pictures to send to family at home.

A freshly baked eggy frittata with fresh Mozza, mushroom, onion, Asiago, spinach, artichoke hearts along side fresh Cherry tomatoes from our patio plants with Balsamic vinegar reduction.
Myra and husband Al will happily custom prepare your chosen breakfast, cater it to your table at your chosen time and provide any pertinent info, such as the type of cheese used or the freshness of the local farm eggs, milk, butter, etc. Myra has prepared a book of possible breakfast choices ~ pictures of some previous delights, this on display in the suite.
The table is a beautiful Antique Oak Barley Twist Old English Pub Dining Table and is these days set with leather bound Arm chairs for greater comfort.
First morning as Mr. & Mrs. ~ fresh waffles and new strawberries from the neighbors farm. Served with a wedge of lemon and Quebec Maple Syrup, OJ and coffee.
A favorite of mine to make and guests to savor, sweet french toast with apples stewed in their own juices with cinnamon and nutmeg, Mascapone cream, toasted slivered almonds, fresh fruit with yogurt, sausages, chive & feta scrambled eggs and OJ.
This guest prefers alternative type breakfasts, vegan style. She has a vegetarian "sausage" patty of nuts and grains, sesame oil sauteed cabbage round, sweet potato and steamed carrots. Her comment is often - "it was perfect!"

Made this morning...sumtuous QUICHE. Made with eggs, milk, cheese and bacon from the farm down the road, the piping hot plate is catered to your table.
Butter basted Portobellas stuffed with chopped spinach and veggies, topped with a sunny poached fresh farm egg. Served with bacon, freshly made hashed brown farm potatoes and home made whole grain bread, fresk fruit and yogurt and OJ.
Combinations of fresh garden vegetables, cheeses and eggs from our local farms make fritattas a guest favorite. they can be a natural or as spiced as you prefer.
Fresh farm potatoes run through our mandolin grater and formed to make muffin sized cakes, topped with garlic sauteed grape tomatoes and topped with scrambled egg. Served with sauteed button criminis and farm sausages, fresh fruit bowl, Greek yogurt and fresh OJ. Yummo!
Popular cupcakes. Made with fresh grated Yukon Gold Potatoes for a crust, ham and egg scramble, sour cream and cherry tomato garnish. Served here with fresh fruit (carefully adjusted for allergies of one guest), Greek yogurt, sausages and fresh OJ.
A savory favorite we have learned from our many guests is Fritatta. We love that we can build it to our guests unique pallate, adjusting both the ingredients and spices used. This dish is served with Cinnamon-raisin toast, fresh fruits and vegs and sausages. BOB APETITE!

Freshly made crepes filled with sauted Crimini Mushrooms, Spinach, Feta and Asiago Cheeses. Topped with a blend of Mozza and Cheddar. Fresh sauted sausages, Fresh fruit and Greek honeyed yogurt orange juice and fresh ground coffee.
This meal was so delicious our guests left us a request for it two more times on their 2 week stay.
